Gail Whitaker, President & CEO of WCS has a doctorate degree in management and teaches strategic management, HR management, international management and lead business management research projects in MBA programs at two universities located in the Washington, DC metro area.
Gail has over 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, associations, and small for-profit businesses. She works with a group of strategic advisors and professionals to ensure that WCS can meet your specific needs in your particular industry.
